Question on Lead Time

This may be an easy answer but im hoping to get some clarity. In the policy description for Lead Time, it says its based on "regular hours" and not "business hours". I am trying to avoid booking passed a certain time during the day. For example, I would like bookings to be restricted at 7pm for the following day's schedule. What would I use for my lead time?
