MS BOOKINGS- Shared bookings

The person who originally set up up our shared booking page no longer works for the company. She has removed herself as an Administrator but continues to get emails when customers cancel their appointments. I've checked every place possible and can't find her email anywhere so I'm confused why this is happening. Is there anyway to stop emails from going to the original Administrator who set up the shared bookings page for our company or do we need to create a new shared booking page?

Have you checked the business email? There is an option there to where replies etc., go to.
Have you tried removing her from the booking? We had this and had to create a new service but add the times etc., this seemed to resolve our issue.
Do you know if there has been any power automate flows that could have been set up for these?

Thanks for your message! We still can't figure it out but we created a new booking system and so far so good.

It maybe that it cached, we have had this issue where it caches emails and still sends to the previous email rather than the new one, but for us it mainly has been services, so we just recreated these. It could potentially be this issue?
  • Could be several reasons for this.
Have you made sure she's not associated to a service in the booking app?
Each service has to be connected to a specific email.
You'll find it under Services > Assigned personnel.
If she is, you have to remove her and replace her with another user/another email.

    If that's not the case:
Is she receiving both the booking appointments mails and the cancellations or only the cancellations?

Is she the only one receiving these cancellations? If not, whoever set it up most likely used a shared mailbox/distribution list.

If not, then it's most likely down to a "flow" created in Power Automate.

Hi I appreciate your response. We gave up trying after spending waaaaayyy too much time on this lol. She was only getting the cancellations. We ended up having to create a new shared booking.
