Have you checked the business email? There is an option there to where replies etc., go to.
Have you tried removing her from the booking? We had this and had to create a new service but add the times etc., this seemed to resolve our issue.
Do you know if there has been any power automate flows that could have been set up for these?

Thanks for your message! We still can't figure it out but we created a new booking system and so far so good.
- Grace6084Sep 27, 2024Brass ContributorIt maybe that it cached, we have had this issue where it caches emails and still sends to the previous email rather than the new one, but for us it mainly has been services, so we just recreated these. It could potentially be this issue?
