MS Bookings - No Staff Notification Email

Hi, I have been using bookings for a while and it seems like now staff who are on a service are not getting an email notification when someone schedules an event with them. It just sends them the calendar invitation. Previously we would get both the calendar invitation and a separate email that said a service was booked with us. I checked all the settings and they are all clicked to where that should happen, but it doesn't. Is this a bug?
