Microsoft Bookings Tracking in Google Analytics using zapier

Hello,

i have  a website and in that i have integrated Microsoft bookings for booking an appointment, and i need to track every booking completion in google analytics, but i am unable to track the conversion. Is it possible to track bookings conversion using zapier third party platform. if anyone have tried it please respond.
