Microsoft Bookings error when making an appointment

We have an issue with Microsoft bookings. Bookings is reporting an error "Something went wrong" when customer makes an appointment. We can see that appointment in outlook calendar, but there's no confirmation email? If we cancel appointment, then we get an email from that.

That is not happening in all calendars in our organization. How can we figure out this?
