Microsoft Booking not sending confirmation emails

Hello, 

 

I have set up a calendar in Microsoft Bookings and have had my entire team test booking a meeting however, we all are not receiving the email confirmation with the calendar link. I have ensured the checkbox for "Send a meeting invite to customer" is checked as well. This was also tested on different web browsers. 

 

Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks.

I have the same problem!

I get an email message with the following error:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
email address removed for privacy reasons
This message couldn't be delivered because the sending email address was not recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this error is that the email address is, or was, suspected of sending spam. Contact the organization's email admin for help and give them this error message.
It has Microsoft Outlook <MicrosoftExchange<IDhere>@eurprd09.prod.outlook.com> as the sender.
Can anyone shed a light on this?

I am having the same issue, did you managed to find a way to sort this out?

Same issue here - running about 50/50. Customers report that the outgoing verification code never arrives and thus they cannot complete the booking, despite starting the process.
