How to select 'Events on Office 365 calendar affect availability'?

Hi,
I'm trying to select the 'Events on Office 365 calendar affect availability' check box on the staff details page on Bookings but its greyed out so I cant select it. Does anyone know why this would be and how I change it?

Save the record and return to the form and it should be selectable. Worked for me!
