Error when selecting Bookings from the App Store

Copper Contributor

Our company would like to use Microsoft Bookings.  When I click on the application from the office.com site, I get an error message that states:

The mailbox being accessed doesn't have a valid account state (ProtocolDisabled).

Later in the error message it states:  OpenIdConnect Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Security.AccountTerminationException

Any advice on how to overcome this?

Hi,
This looks like the user account is corrupted. You would have to make a new user account under the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and assign the user as a Global GA or user account.

@firefistmango Thanks for the reply.  It appears that the root cause was that the OWA (Outlook for Web) needs to be enabled in order to use the functionality in Bookings.

@Bruce_Kissinger Awesome! Thank you so much!
