What happens if I enable "Notify the business via email when a booking is created or changed" midway (it's currently disabled)? Would it send all the emails from prior appointments already scheduled to the staff or is it only moving forward?

I am an independent advisor responding to Bookings inquiries.
I reviewed MS Bookings documentation again since they recently updated the application.
Microsoft did not address your question. However, I suspect the following behavior.
Emails will be submitted for any new or revised appointments at the starting point of initiating the setting.

@James_S123 No, this will send emails for the appointments that are getting created / updated post this change only. Won't send any emails for existing appointments.
