Data Policy Statement editable?

Hi all, 

Is this Data Policy Statement editable or removable? It seems to be some sort of default. And choosing to include custom data usage and consent toggle doesn't affect it. I'm getting some pushback from my organization with that particular line appearing on the Bookings page. Any help would be appreciated!
