Conflict booking

We are using Booking for the reservation of systems in our company. Members of the company are customers who are booking staff (systems) for a defined service. We have noticed that in the last few weeks, Bookings has been allowing the creation of conflicts (multiple bookings of one system). We have tried all available settings, including creating new staff, but to no avail.

Does anyone know the cause of this issue? Previously, the booking system did not allow conflicts.
