We are in the process of incorporating bookings for our clients to schedule services for our business. We are wondering whether there are any adjustments that can be made to the confirmation emails such that the customer has reference to the details filled out from the booking form. These details appear in the staff confirmation email, but not in the client email. This would be very helpful. Let me know. Thanks!
No, there isn't a way to include those fields from what I can tell.
Best advice I could give would be to take a look at getting your users to click on the 'Manage my booking' URL (from the email) . When they view their booking on the web portal do they see all the details you want them to see?
