What is the point of using this if we can't control or edit how a Service Event displays in the Staff's calendars. They just show up as the Service Name, no details about who the meeting is with. It just tells them to log in to the bookings calendar to see the information. Our staff don't want to have to log into another account to see details. We're having to create duplicate meetings from the Service booking so that we can edit the Event Title to show the Client Name, and then add the details that they filled in on the bookings page to the Body, all manually.. we might as well go back to playing email/telephone tag with clients for booking meetings, because we're not being saved any time or effort.
Has MircoSoft acknowledged that they broke Bookings and need to prioritize fixing it!! and listen to the community who have requested very basic but crucial controls about the needs in managing how bookings are done?

@Carolyn1975 sorry about this. Do you see it as a recent change or the details that you are looking for are missing from the beginning?

@Babu_Alagarsamy Some of the things I've seen as issues posted by others are from the beginning. My issues are happening ever since the summer.
Additionally, as an Admin, I manage the bookings for my lawyer. It should be a Request to book a meeting, not automatic set up. My lawyer doesn't want to receive a bunch of emails, but there's no way to have it check her calendar for options without her getting a messy inbox.

@Carolyn1975 if you have published the self-serve scheduling page that will let users book appointment and they all will be confirmed automatically. This is by design.
Could you please help me understand the new issues that you are seeing from summer, which are happening now as well.
Also, can you please share your self-schedule Bookings page URL over DM to me?
