Bookings - Limit sign-up for only given date and times

I'd like to create a sign-up with services that have:

  • 15-minute duration
  • Max of 4 attendees
  • on only two dates (for example, 12/5 and 12/7) between the hours of 3:30-5:30 and 6:00-8:00

I don't really need to have any staff assigned since it's kind of a self-service project.  Someone signs up for a slot and they show up.  Pretty simple.

 

I'm having a crazy time.  If I set business hours on that Monday and Wednesday, people are able to sign-up for dates outside of the range that I selected.  

 

Since I don't want any staff involved, how can I create this?  I'm really kind of struggling.

@Steve_Hanzelman you should be able to configure this at Bookings service level. Please go to https://outlook.office.com/bookings/services and edit the service that you want to restrict the dates.

Under "Availability options" => Availability, please mark "General availability" as "Not bookable" and click on "Set different availability for a date range" to configure the time you want the service to be bookable.

@Babu_Alagarsamy Hello, I am trying to do this same thing using the API but I dont see any way to do that from the current documentation of schedule policy. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/bookingschedulingpolicy?view=graph-rest-beta Is this not yet available in the graph API?
