Bookings Calendar shows Not Available

We have a user that created a bookings calendar with availability set Monday - Wednesday. When I access her page and select a service, I see "There is no availability on this date. Please choose another one" for every day. Her calendar is also not syncing to her Bookings page even though 'Events on Office calendar affect availability' is checked and her calendar permissions are set to let users within the organization to see her free/busy time.
