We currently use Bookings for our members/customers to book appointments at our branches. When booking an appointment, we require that they input information in the Notes field so that our branch staff are able to tell what the appointment is for (i.e. applying for a loan etc). In the past, these notes were always included in the calendar invite that is sent to our branch staff, but recently it has stopped including that. How would we go about fixing it so that the notes start showing on the calendar invite details again?
