Adding Client/Company Name to Calendar Invitations in Microsoft Bookings
Hello Microsoft Community,
I am seeking assistance with Microsoft Bookings.
Specifically, I'm trying to include the client's or company's name in the calendar invitations that are sent out through Microsoft Bookings. I would like this information to be automatically included in the calendar invitation so that it is clear who the meeting is with.
The service I've created is assigned to multiple staff members. The customer isn't allowed to choose staff member.
Is there a way to configure Microsoft Bookings to include the client/company name in the calendar invitations?
If so, could you please guide me through the steps? I tried looking for this option within the app, but I couldn't find it.
Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
Best regards, Yossi

Hi YossiV1200
Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide more details about how you are collecting the client/company name? Is it through custom fields?
The email confirmation sent to the staff includes the customer details, but not the custom fields. However, a meeting gets added to the staff calendar automatically. This has details of the custom fields. Does that solve your issue?

Hey Pur thank you for your reply!
The email is collected using the default option suggested by the Booking app. I've made it a required field. I've also selected the option to send a meeting invite to the customer.
Currently I can see the assigned staff emails and the service email (email address removed for privacy reasons)
Here's a screenshot of the meeting participants list
You can see all staff members(3 total). but not the test email address I'm using to schedule the meeting. I hope this is clear, thanks again
