Word Online - no chat bubble
Hi. We lost our chat bubble! We are working online in a Word document saved in OneDrive. Last week, we were able to chat. The chat bubble has disappeared since then. Not browser specific.
We are in pilot phase of O365 and have Exchange, Skype, and Yammer disabled for most of our users. Is the in-doc chat feature reliant on one of these? Thanks.

You will need Skype, because the Chat is based on Skype for Business.

Yes, I agree with Nuno. Chat in Word Online was built on same technology with Skype for Business.
