Word - Custom Color Palette

I am working on Microsoft Office 365 Word for Mac. 

On the PC version of Word, I was able to customize the color palette (Design Tab > Colors > Customize Colors). 

This feature is not available on Mac? I need to update documents with a clients corporate brand color palette. How will I do this. And why doesn't this feature exist on the Mac version of Word?

I am an independent advisor and investigating this post.

MAC does not support this feature directly.  I did a google search on this topic.  I found an article written by an MS MVP dated August 2019. The article gives good information on the MAC font theme and hopes it always works for the color theme. The author also provide an XML hack.
