I have been onto the Microsoft Community forums and done everything in regards to attempting to fix the issue however at this stage nothing which has been suggested has worked.
I have changed the values in the registry and created a folder for the Temporary Internet files to go however still comes up with the same message. Even attempted to unistall Office 365 and reinstall it however that did not even work.
If someone could assist by steering me in another direction in which has not been attempted as of yet.
Thank you in advance.

@swanno1964 Hello Nigel, I have no idea what troubleshooting steps you've performed.
How about creating a new user profile https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14039/windows-fix-corrupted-user-profile
You're not on a very 'locked down' computer are you? It's all about permissions.
