When a receiver of an e-DM clicks on 'I do not want to receive anymore'

Hi, World

Stay safe.

I am using Office365.

I regularly send e-DM to my clients using Outlook email.

When a receiver does not want to receive e-DM anymore so that he/she clicks on a button at the bottom of the e-DM 'I do not want to receive anymore', I want to either (1) know the email address or (2) automatically change on Sharepoint Online Contact List a column named 'Receiving' from O to X.

In addition, when the receiver clicks on the button, there should be no new email popping up to reply for me, but just displaying some sentences such as "Sorry for your inconvenience". What I am saying is 'I do not want to receive anymore' should be very simple and not irratating him/her.
