TASK LIST (QUEUE) FOR A MICROSOFT TEAM

I would like to use a group task list as a sort of task queue for an employee who needs her to do list prioritized for her.  Is there a way for each team member to be able to email a "task" to the group task list and to then move that "task" in its proper priority order within the group task list.  Thanks for any help someone can provide.
