Syncing Categorizations Between Outlook Browser and App: Missing Categorizations and Limited Email D

So my problem is that when I access Outlook in the browser, I can see my categorizations in different mailboxes. But when I use the Outlook app, I don't see the categorizations that my colleagues have set, and they also can't see mine. Additionally, only old emails are displayed in the mailboxes when using the app

Could you please deactivate the Option "Download Shared Folders" and try it again?
