Support not available?

I'm trying to submit a support request in the MS 365 Admin Center.  I am the account Admin.  The option to create a ticket is gone.  The only choice I have under new support request is "Partner Support".  If I call 800-865-9408, I'm told "Support is now online" and there's no other option.


I want to create a ticket with MS.  Why is this no longer an option??
