afabozzi-20This a good walkthrough for Outlook 2016, unfortunately Microsoft has messed with the interface in Outlook 365 (on the desktop) and this doesn't work anymore. Not only has MS failed to implement such a simple feature, they have wrecked the ability to realistically work around it in the client requiring even more annoying server kludges like using distribution lists or shared mailboxes.
