Refund case

I just bought a laptop and get a subsciption for 0365 license accidentally coz i thought that they'd be deducting the fees at the end of expiry. I cancelled the subscription since i didn't need it right now. They said that I'll get the refund. I don't know when will I get it. Also they've deducted two times the normal ammount. Is that normal?
