prevent from read only mails in outlook office 365 by multiple user

Dear All  i have one email id provided to 4 people(A B C D) .i want one Person A -READ one mail then it becomes Readand if  person B open the same mail then it should show unread.

How can this happen in office 365??

What you are asking for is per-user read status, this is not possible with Shared mailbox/folder. You can use a Microsoft 365 Group instead.

Sir is there any other method by which we can do this?In Normal mail without sharefolder.?

Microsoft 365 Groups or Public folders are your option here, the former is much preferred.
