Outlook Encryption Rules

Hi

I've just inherited the management of Office365 for a company.

In there Outlook desktop clients when they create a new email and select Options. They get a Encrypt button. Under this they have 2 custom rules called

company name - confidential

company name - confidential view only

They want to be able change the wording of the "company name" on these options.

Anyone know how this is done?
