Outlook encrypted emails

I would like to learn how to encrypt emails.

I have purchased a business basic account. Is it possible to encrypt emails via the Outlook Web app similar to 365 personal account where there is a padlock to select encryption.

I have tried to encrypt through the desktop version but this requires a digital certificate.

Office message encryption/Purview Message encryption is the easiest to setup/use, however it's not included in the Business Basic subscription, afaik. Digital certificate is NOT necessary, please refer below, by using digital signing under OWA:

Business basic plan does not include the encryption feature. Check out the license subscriptions that include encryption in Outlook on the web and learn how to encrypt emails here:
