Outlook 365 Notifications stop working

Morning, I have a few co workers that keep on having the same issue.  Outlook notifications will stop working.  I will remove mail profiles and they work for a while.  However, they will stop working soon after.  All the notifications settings are set correctly.  Any ideas on how to get this to stop?
