OLE between Word and Excel

Hello

I have "past/link data from an Excel spreadsheet to a Word document.

Clicking on the Word linked data opens the source (Excel) file where I can modify and data will update in the Word linked data.

I want to be able to modify the data in the Word linked table and have it modify the source (Excel) file.

Is that possible and if so how do I do it
