Office 365 Message Encryption

I want to enable OME in my organization. Does Outlook 2010 support OME in sending and receiving encrypted emails?

    No. You need Outlook 2016 (Click to Run) if you want to use the latest and greatest rights management technology, including the new Encrypt message feature.
