Office 365 asking for credentials when trying to open file sent trough outlook

So i have these two excel files on onedrive wich i update everyday and use the graphs made in them to make a powerpoint presentation almost everyday, recently when i send the powerpoint to my colleagues and they try to open it, it asks them for credentials to access the excel file from where i took the graphs.


The thing is that when they sign in an error window appears saying that another user has the file open or that a file with the same name is open in the computer.


Its really anoying has anyone have any idea?
