O365 (MOD) Demos Client Setup - Stuck on Configuring

I am trying to run the above tool which I downloaded from https://demos.microsoft.com as part of setting up a customer demo.  

The client setup tool has been running for over an hour now, is this normal?  If not can I safely exit the configuration and start it again?
