Not all domains showing in Accepted Domains

Copper Contributor

I am migrating everything from one tenant to another.

Users and their mailboxes have all come across successfully.

I removed a domain from the source tenant and added it to the target tenant successfully. 365 says the domain is HEALTHY.

I cannot add it as an alias to any users. The message comes back with, "You can't use the domain because it's not an accepted domain for your organization." in accepted domains, the domain does not appear.

Is there a process I've missed, or am I being impatient? Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks in advance.

Andre

Hey @Andre950

Usually, it is replication related, it takes a bit to show up under accepted domains in exchange online. You can check what services you have selected against the domain via Office 365 admin center, if all looks good there try to create a new user using the domain that you have just added. Rest, if you have already waited enough get a ticket going with MS.

Thanks

Maybe you ought to check the Privacy guidelines for yourself and the Privacy guidelines for the users!?
