Missing Apps on the Apps launcher

Hi

 

I am looking at my colleague's App Launcher and see they have missing tiles, specifcally they do not have an App for Power BI. This is despite my colleague having added the App to Excel. We are part of the same company, so why would we see different tiles? And how does my colleague get the Power BI app.

      Hi. Thanks, but does this mean you need to activate this on a per user basis? The company has thousands of employees. Still not clear why I would have this but my colleague doesn't.

        Yes, you need to activate it on a per user basis. But you should be able to use powershell. See https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn771770.aspx
