Microsoft 365 Developer Program - can't delete subscriptions from the dashboard.

I have deleted the tenants but I can't seem to delete the slot from the developer dashboard. both tenants have been deleted, but how do I remove them from the developer account? I've tried deleting the profile, waited a few days, and created a new profile but they just come right back? thanks.
