Making the switch to PowerPoint Online (Office 365)

I was fairly confident that I could get by with the web version of PowerPoint - truly an impressive piece of software to run in the browser! However, I immediately ran into a problem soon after making my resolution:

Copying and pasting a slide (or any content from a slide) between presentations does not seem to work in between presentations, and just exporting an image isn't good enough. Is there any way to overcome this limitation without resorting to using the desktop version of MS office?

I'm also curious if others have come across any limitations in the Online version of PowerPoint.
