Still looking for a complete list - for example, Forms isn't on there.
Hi Adam,
Forms is in Preview in Comercial suites as you can see.
"Microsoft Forms is generally available in all Office 365 Education suite licensing: Office 365 Education, Office 365 Education Plus, and Office 365 Education E5, as well as existing customers who purchased E3 prior to its retirement.
Microsoft Forms is available in Preview in the following Office 365 commercial suites: Office 365 Business Essentials, Office 365 Business Premium, and Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, and E5 plans. Microsoft Forms is also available to existing Office 365 Enterprise E4 customers who purchased E4 before its retirement."

Hi Nuno,
It's GA in Education, so should still be on that list. Plus, I'd like to know everything that's in public preview too :)

Hi Adam,
It is on this two links.
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office-365-platform-service-description.aspx
15 Microsoft Forms is only available in Office 365 Education plans, including Office 365 E5 Education. It is not available in Office 365 Enterprise E5 https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office-365-suite-features.aspx
Microsoft Forms is a new part of Office 365 Education that allows teachers and students to quickly and easily create custom quizzes, surveys, questionnaires, registrations, and more. When you create a quiz or form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices. As results are submitted, you can use built-in analytics to evaluate responses. Form data, such as quiz results, can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis or grading. To learn more, see What is Microsoft Forms?
- Geoffrey BronnerJul 05, 2017Steel ContributorHard to find a complete list with so many changes arriving in Office 365 each month. For example those TechNet articles don't reflect that Stream is GA now.
For user education Microsoft doesn't provide much to work with. I've used the periodic table chart above in some cases and this is another useful graphic.
