I can't acess my Microsoft 365 Developer account

Hello! 

I'm not able to acess my developer account for MS 365.

The system says that I'm not allowed to acess, but my licenses are active.

The error code is: 53003

 

Can someone help me?

This particular error message suggest you are blocked by Conditional access policy. If you have configured such, make sure your login meets the criteria (i.e. location, client used, MFA performed, etc). If for some reason you cannot meet the requirements, and don't have another admin account to login with, best contact support.
I recently stumbled across this issue when setting up a fresh subscription of Microsoft 365 Developer. Turns out my VPN was the cause, so simply disabling it at the login page was the solution for me.
