How to Install the Microsoft Starter Pack 2 for SharePoint 2019(On-Premises).

Hi, 

I have downloaded the started pack 2 and i need to install this for the SharePoint 2019, seems i could not found the way to provision the PnP Templates for SharePoint 2019.

How to make this work for SharePoint 2019, as on the Git Hub i could not found any documentation for the installing and provisioning the templates for Sharepoint 2019
