I work in the military and i'm looking to innovate or arrival procedure for new service personnel arriving at our establishment. Currently someone arriving will visit multiple departments and get a physical stamp on an arrivals performa to say they have visited that department . I would like to digitise this process and arrange for the arrival to fill out an eform with their information which is stored in a central register and additionally will be distributed to all relevant departments. I would like to have access to the master register and have an over view of who has completed the eforms.
Does office 365 have the functionality to provide this? and if not do you know of a programme that does?
