How to Change the Font and Font Size of Comments

Can somone help me, please?
First of all, excuse me for my bad English. I’m Italian.
How can I change the font of my revision comments? I’ve tried with Manage Styles/Balloon Text/Modify but it doesen’t works. Maybe it’s because of the new design of the comments themselfs.
Now the font of my comments is “Segoe UI” and I want to switch it to Time New Roman or Calibri. The problem with “Segoe UI” is it gives you a straight apostrophe (') and I need them to be curly (’).
