How do I get email rules to run correctly

Im having problems with email rules.

 

I have 3 different email headers come into my in inbox and trying to put into subfolders.

 

They are

 

5463  LONDON  WA

5463 LONDON TVM

5446 LONDON

 

I had set up a rule where header contain TVM move to TVM folder  and stop processing more rules but its moving everything that has 5463 in the subject into it .

 

Is there anyway I can get round it as I need WA and TVM in seperate subfolders

      Kidd_Ip Im using outlook on the web and have the rule shown first in the attachment and also what it shows on the email.  Tried that and nothing happens
