I have an Excel spreadsheet that I want Column B to increment by one year if EOMONTH=Oct 31. I don't care what year it is in Column A. I'm just looking at Month and Day. I've attached a sample of the spreadsheet. In Column C is what I am looking for. Help with this would be greatly appreciated.
