Excel Tables - Populate Table Data based on Another Table

I have an excel workbook that has multiple tabs. Data is entered in one tab (PTO calculator) then I copy and paste it into another tabs ("Historical Data - PTO"). How can I get the data to automatically populate  from the table in the first tab to the table in the second tab (add new rows)?
