When the condition is met in a cell I need the entire row to format. Any ideas?

Highlight your table. In my example i am looking for 2014 in column P and then highlighting that row. Hope this helps

Feb 01, 2018I am struggling to create the formula. This is what I need. If column V =Approved then highlight entire row. then repeat for Pending and Completed with different formats. All based on the answer in Column V.

Create a Rule for each condition (i.e =Completed, = Pending etc..)

I can make the rules. What i can't seem to make happen is to highlight the entire row based on one cell within it.

You have to select the whole table before you create the rule. Attached is an example.
