Error 0xc0000142 when opening any office app

I'm getting an error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application" whenever I'm trying to open any office app. Can anybody suggest a solution...

    whenever we opened, we got the alert like error 0xc0000142 while opening any office application.
