Email read receipt
Our management request for a report on user read receipt for Group Communication email. However I am unable to find anyway to retrieve it. Anyone had idea on this?
Unfortunately, Groups do not maintain per-user read status, so it's hard to track which user has actually looked at a message. Even if you embed the Tracking option in a message sent to Group, it might not have the desired effect, considering not every member of the Group is also a Subscriber. And even then, we have to tools to summarize the tracking replies across multiple mailboxes.
Can i know what are the tools that can be use for this kind of tracking?
read receipt not but a mail delivery Report. Whoever sends the mail, may you can advise them to use the "maildelivery request" Feature when they send mails to the Group.
